Viewing Academic Transcript
This service enables University of Hafr Al Batin students to electronically view their academic transcripts, including registered and completed courses, grades, academic credit hours, semester GPA, and cumulative GPA.
• The beneficiary must be a current or former University of Hafr Al Batin student.
• Students may access only their own academic records.
• Results and grades appear after approval by the relevant academic authorities.
• The displayed information is based on the official data recorded in the Student Records System.
• The viewing service does not allow courses, grades, or GPA information to be amended.
• The college or Deanship of Admission and Registration must be contacted if any error or discrepancy is found.
