The University College of Al Khafji was established in 1423 AH to meet the educational needs and aspirations of the local community and to contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and awareness through a variety of educational and outreach programs. The first cohort of female students enrolled in the 1423/1424 AH academic year, and the first graduating class completed their studies in the 1426/1427 AH academic year.

Welcome to the official website of the University College in Al Khafji.
The University College in Al Khafji has experienced several significant stages of growth and development throughout its history. It was established in 1423 AH as the College of Education under the General Presidency for Girls' Education. In 1428 AH, it became part of King Faisal University, followed by its integration into the University of Dammam in 1430 AH. Subsequently, in 1431 AH, its name was changed to the College of Arts and Sciences. Following the establishment of the University of Hafr Al Batin in 1435 AH, the College joined the University and was officially renamed the University College in Al Khafji.
Since then, the College has continued its steady growth and development, adapting to emerging changes while pursuing a carefully planned strategy that responds to present needs, anticipates future opportunities, and builds upon its accumulated experience to achieve academic excellence.
The College currently offers six bachelor's degree programs for female students, two bachelor's degree programs for male students, and two diploma programs available to both male and female students. These programs are delivered under the supervision of a distinguished group of highly qualified faculty members.
The College remains committed to the continuous development of its academic programs and the enhancement of its educational outcomes. Its vision and mission are derived from those of the University, which are aligned with the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030. The College seeks to prepare graduates who possess strong academic foundations, broad knowledge, and the personal and professional competencies necessary to compete successfully in the labor market.
