At the Deanship of Research and Innovation at the University of Hafr Al Batin, we work to strengthen the ecosystem of scientific research, innovation, and graduate studies as fundamental pillars for achieving the university’s mission and supporting its role in building a knowledge-based economy and contributing to sustainable national development.
The Deanship seeks to provide a stimulating research and academic environment, and to empower graduate students, researchers, and faculty members to produce quality research with scientific and societal impact. It also works to enhance the quality of graduate studies programs and their outcomes, contributing to the preparation of qualified national cadres capable of contributing to development and innovation.
The Deanship also works to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship, build effective partnerships with the public and private sectors and research institutions locally and internationally, and link scientific research to the needs of society and the labor market.
The Deanship is keen to align the outcomes of research, innovation, and graduate studies with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by supporting national research priorities and transforming knowledge into applied products and solutions that contribute to serving society and addressing development challenges.
