The Deanship of Development and Quality seeks to instill a culture of quality and institutional excellence across all sectors of the university, based on its belief that quality is a shared responsibility and a foundation for sustainable development.
The Deanship works to support and achieve institutional, program, and administrative academic accreditation by developing systems and procedures, measuring performance, and monitoring quality indicators to ensure the enhancement of educational and administrative outcomes. It also contributes to supporting strategic planning by providing data and analyses that promote evidence-based decision-making.
As part of capacity building, the Deanship offers training and development programs for university staff, enhancing their competencies in the areas of quality, accreditation, and continuous improvement. It also leads the university’s efforts to enter global rankings by improving academic and research performance and strengthening institutional reputation.
The Deanship will continue to work in partnership with all university sectors to achieve institutional excellence and enhance the university’s standing locally and internationally.
