To achieve excellence in realizing the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and national transformation programs through outstanding results, a motivating work environment, effective communication, and strengthened alignment between the University and national development priorities.
To serve as the University's primary liaison between its internal organizational structure and the entities supporting the implementation of Saudi Vision 2030 by actively leading strategic transformation and enabling initiatives associated with the National Transformation Programs through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
- To align the University's plans and initiatives with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and relevant national strategies.
- To empower the University's entities and branch campuses with the necessary authorities to implement strategic initiatives.
- To optimize the utilization of information technology and modern management methodologies in administering Vision realization plans.
- To establish strategic partnerships and strengthen integration with relevant stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
The Vision Realization Office is responsible for delivering a range of core services, including enablement, planning, implementation, and performance monitoring.
The Office's key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and continuously monitoring the implementation of initiatives that contribute to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and measuring their progress.
- Providing support and assistance to all University units and administrative entities.
- Representing the University at meetings related to Saudi Vision 2030.
- Serving as the primary liaison between the University, supporting organizations, and relevant external stakeholders.
- Receiving and supporting internal initiatives and proposals that contribute to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
- Supervising and monitoring the University's implementation of Vision-related strategies and objectives.
- Promoting and reinforcing awareness of Saudi Vision 2030 while highlighting the University's contributions toward its achievement.
- Preparing and submitting periodic and specialized reports on the performance and compliance of the University's various units in implementing Vision-related initiatives.
