About Faculty

The College of Pharmacy at the University of Hafr Al Batin was established under the Higher Education Council Resolution No. (1435/75/23), dated 01/02/1435 AH. The College is committed to strengthening its role in serving the local community by developing community engagement programs in collaboration with various sectors of society. It also contributes to community development through scientific research, academic studies, seminars, workshops, and the provision of professional consultation services to the regional industrial sector. The College's strength lies in the continuous support it receives from the University administration, as well as the dedication and expertise of its faculty members, who are committed to achieving academic excellence.

The College of Pharmacy serves as a cornerstone among the University's health colleges and continuously strives for growth and advancement. It places strong emphasis on the pharmaceutical sciences and their practical applications while offering a distinguished curriculum that is regularly reviewed and updated to keep pace with advances in pharmaceutical sciences.

The College's faculty members actively engage in scientific research through collaboration with colleagues within the University and other academic and research institutions. The College is dedicated to providing a dynamic academic environment that fosters academic creativity, innovation, excellence in education, scientific research, and community service.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the College of Pharmacy at the University of Hafr Al Batin. The College was established pursuant to Resolution No. (23/75/1435), issued on 1/2/1435 AH, in response to the growing demand for highly qualified pharmacy professionals in Hafr Al Batin Governorate and the Eastern Province.

Since welcoming its first cohort of students during the 1439–1440 AH academic year, the College has remained committed to delivering comprehensive and distinguished pharmaceutical education through its three principal academic departments: the Department of Pharmaceutics, the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and the Department of Pharmacy Practice.

The College represents one of the fundamental pillars of health sciences education in the Eastern Province. It is dedicated to preparing academically and professionally competent national pharmacists capable of making meaningful contributions to the advancement of healthcare and pharmaceutical services throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, the College is committed to building an integrated educational system that combines enduring values with modern scientific knowledge and technological innovation. Our aspiration is to graduate highly competent pharmacists with the professional excellence and competitive capabilities required to succeed in both the national and regional labor markets.

To achieve this goal, the College attracts distinguished faculty members with extensive academic and professional expertise, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education that meets internationally recognized academic standards.

Our educational philosophy is founded on a comprehensive curriculum that balances theoretical knowledge with practical application and is continuously updated to reflect the latest developments in pharmaceutical sciences.
