Completing Graduation Requirements
This service enables University of Hafr Al Batin students to review and complete their graduation requirements and verify fulfilment of the approved study plan before their graduation is formally approved and their academic procedures are completed.
• All courses and credit hours in the approved study plan must be completed.
• All required compulsory and elective courses must be passed.
• The minimum cumulative GPA required for graduation must be achieved.
• Cooperative or field training and the graduation project must be completed when required by the academic program.
• There must be no incomplete courses or pending grades.
• The program requirements and permitted study period must be fulfilled.
• There must be no academic holds or outstanding obligations preventing graduation approval.
• Graduation is subject to review and verification by the department, college, and Deanship of Admission and Registration.
