Service Steps
1. Log in using one of the following methods:
o Enter your username and password, then enter the verification code received by SMS.
o Sign in using the National Single Sign-On service.
2. Select the Committees and Councils System from the available systems.
3. Click Create a New Committee on the home page.
4. Enter the committee name.
5. Select the committee type.
6. Enter the chairperson’s employee number, then click the search icon to retrieve their information.
7. Enter the secretary’s employee number, then click the search icon to retrieve their information.
8. Select the minutes approver:
o If University President is selected, the information appears automatically and cannot be edited.
o If Official Employee is selected, enter the employee number to retrieve the employee’s information.
9. Review all information and verify its accuracy.
10. Click Save to complete the committee creation process.
11. Access the newly created committee from the home page or the My Committees menu.
Create a New Committee
This service enables University of Hafr Al Batin employees and faculty members to create a new committee or council through the Committees and Councils System by entering the committee information, assigning its chairperson and secretary, and selecting the minutes approver.
• The beneficiary must be a university employee or faculty member.
• An active university account.
• A registered mobile number for receiving the verification code or an active National Single Sign-On account.
• The committee name and type.
• The employee numbers of the committee chairperson and secretary.
• A selected minutes approver and their employee number when an official employee is selected.
• A recent version of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
