University Vice Rectorate

Upon its establishment, the university’s administrative structure included a University Vice Rectorate. Since the early stages of its founding, the University of Hafr Al Batin has sought to activate the role of this vice rectorate to undertake all duties and responsibilities assigned to it, marking the beginning of a new phase of dedicated work, development, and continuous follow-up across all administrative, technical, and developmental aspects of the university.

Excellence in Administrative and Technical Fields and Community Engagement

The Vice Rectorate contributes to achieving the university’s objectives and providing a distinguished academic environment by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the service, technical, and electronic infrastructure, as well as developing administrative services and systems across the university.

  • ·  Introducing new procedures, enhancing the efficiency of tools, and automating processes.

  • ·  Continuously developing skills and mechanisms.

  • ·  Providing an ideal educational and service-oriented environment.

  • ·  Providing qualified human resources, including faculty members, male and female staff, technicians, and healthcare professionals, with distinguished expertise to advance work performance.

Praise be to Allah, Who taught by the pen, taught humanity what they knew not. May peace, blessings, and praise be upon His noble Prophet Muhammad.

At the University Vice Rectorate, we strive to harness all available resources to achieve the university’s strategic objectives and enhance performance efficiency through the continuous training and development of human capital, the improvement of the work and educational environment, the enhancement of services, and the utilization of electronic technical solutions to achieve comprehensive digital transformation across all services.

Through these efforts, we aim to achieve high spending efficiency, optimally attract viable investments to support the university’s financial sustainability, and complete infrastructure projects. These endeavors are guided by the unlimited support provided by our wise government to the education sector in particular, as well as the continuous support and guidance of His Excellency the University President, in order to achieve the targeted objectives, preserve national gains, and create a stimulating educational environment through the sincere collaboration of work teams across the various university entities.

We ask Allah Almighty to guide our young university toward leadership locally, regionally, and globally.
