Alumni Department

The Alumni Department was established under the University Vice Presidency for Academic Affairs in 2024 to focus on qualifying and training graduates, developing their skills and capabilities, and strengthening their sense of belonging and communication with their university. It also assists them in obtaining jobs that align with their specializations and labor market requirements, and introduces employers to qualified graduates across various disciplines.

Building bridges of communication between graduates and the university in order to support them and prepare them for the labor market.

Establishing a distinguished and continuous relationship through communication channels between the university and its graduates, enhancing efficiency in developing knowledge and skills, and providing services to graduates with a level of quality that aligns with the university’s mission and the labor market.

  • Developing specialized programs and services that meet graduates’ needs in various professional and personal fields.
  • Enhancing graduates’ skills and developing their capabilities through specialized training programs and workshops, with the aim of equipping them with the skills required to face modern challenges in the labor market.
  • Building strategic partnerships with companies, institutions, and the local community to provide training and employment opportunities for graduates and to ensure that educational programs are aligned with labor market needs.
  • Continuously improving and developing its programs and services through ongoing evaluation and feedback from graduates, with the aim of enhancing the graduate experience and increasing their chances of success in society.
  • Supporting the personal and professional development of graduates by providing individual and group career counseling to help them achieve their personal and professional goals and develop communication, leadership, and lifelong learning skills.
  • Strengthening the connections between the University of Hafr Al-Batin and its graduates by supporting continuous education, training, and guidance through lectures, workshops, seminars, and sessions that contribute to developing graduates’ skills and keeping them aligned with the changing requirements of the labor market.
  • Supporting graduates of the University of Hafr Al-Batin with professional certifications that enhance and strengthen their résumés.
  • Identifying the problems that graduates face in employment in order to prepare sound and advanced planning for academic programs in the colleges that serve students, with the aim of avoiding and resolving these problems.
  • Directing efforts toward developing graduates’ skills and preparing them to face new challenges in the era of technology and innovation, as part of Vision 2030, which focuses on building a knowledge-based economy.
  • Promoting lifelong learning and skills development to ensure the achievement of the sustainable development goals included in Vision 2030.
  • Building strong partnerships with the private sector and the local community to provide employment opportunities and promote sustainable development in accordance with the objectives of Vision 2030.
    Promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among graduates, thereby contributing to the achievement of the sustainable development goals related to innovation and entrepreneurship included in Vision 2030.

The Alumni Department makes significant efforts to prepare graduates from the outset by qualifying and preparing them for the labor market, providing them with career guidance toward suitable employment opportunities, and strengthening continuous communication between graduates and the university. The department also works continuously to develop graduates by preparing dedicated programs for them.
