The University Property Department was established pursuant to Resolution No. 5483/057/45, dated 23/03/1445 AH. It is organizationally affiliated with the University Vice Presidency, based on the university’s academic structure attached to the decision of the Council of Universities’ Affairs No. (2/16/45), dated 12/03/1445 AH.

We seek to develop and enhance available resources in a manner that strengthens competitiveness and meets the needs of society.
Inventorying, documenting, and preserving documents and records related to the university’s real estate properties, maintaining and developing them, and achieving maximum benefit from them.
The University Properties Department is considered one of the modern and pivotal departments within the administrative structure of the University of Hafr Al-Batin. It is entrusted with the tasks of inventorying, documenting, and preserving the university’s real estate properties, maintaining and investing them, as well as benefiting from available opportunities to utilize certain sites belonging to other government entities as premises for some of the university’s colleges and departments until dedicated premises are established for them. The department strives to achieve quality standards and automate all its operations by investing the available capabilities to advance and highlight the department’s work in a manner that fulfills the university’s aspirations and achieves its objectives.
