Teaching Assistants and Lecturers Affairs Department

The Teaching Assistants and Lecturers Affairs Department, under the University Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, is concerned with organizing and following up on the affairs of young academic cadres from the nomination and appointment stage, through qualification and development plans, and up to the pre-scholarship stages. The department seeks to empower teaching assistants, lecturers, and language instructors through an integrated institutional work environment that focuses on facilitating procedures and providing support and guidance, ensuring the quality of their academic and research performance, enhancing their contribution to community service, and elevating the university’s standing locally and globally, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Providing distinguished services and supportive procedures for teaching assistants and lecturers in promotion, appointment, and internal and external transfer processes at the university.

Leadership and excellence in preparing the university’s teaching assistants and lecturers, encouraging them toward optimal external and internal scholarship opportunities, following up on their employment status, and working on promotions.
