This service enables authorized users to create a new meeting for a committee or council through the Committees and Councils System. Users can specify the meeting date, time, and location and add the opening and closing text of the minutes before adding agenda topics and publishing the meeting to members.

This service enables faculty members to create and manage online tests through Blackboard. Faculty members can add questions, assign grades, set the test duration, specify the number of attempts and availability period, control how questions are displayed and graded, and determine when results are released to students.

This service enables faculty members to create announcements within a Blackboard course to notify students about updates, important dates, assignments, tests, and course-related changes. Faculty members can specify the announcement display period and send a copy by email.

This service enables faculty members to create and publish discussion topics through Blackboard to promote interaction and the exchange of ideas among students. Faculty members can define participation instructions, set availability dates, monitor responses, and grade student contributions.
