Use a Question Bank in a Test

This service enables faculty members to use questions stored in question banks when creating online tests in Blackboard. Faculty members can search, filter, reuse, and add questions to a test or include them in a randomized question pool.

Service Steps
1.    Log in to Blackboard using your university account.
2.    Select the required course.
3.    Go to Course Content.
4.    Open an existing test or create a new test.
5.    Click the (+) icon on the test page.
6.    Select Reuse Questions or Add Question Pool.
7.    Select the required question bank.
8.    Use the search and filtering options to find questions by type or topic.
9.    Select the questions you want to add to the test.
10.    Click Copy Questions or Add Questions.
11.    Review the questions and assign their grades.
12.    Configure the test settings, including the time limit, number of attempts, and availability period.
13.    Click Save.
14.    Preview the test and verify that the questions appear correctly before making it available to students.
 

•    An active university account.
•    The course must be assigned to the faculty member in Blackboard.
•    An existing online test or a newly created test.
•    A question bank containing previously prepared questions.
•    Questions, answers, and grades must be reviewed before publishing the test.
•    An internet connection.
•    Compliance with university policies regarding online tests and assessments.
