The University of Hafr Al-Batin concluded its participation in the pavilion of the unified Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the Cairo International Book Fair in its 56th session. The university's participation in this major cultural event aims to introduce its scientific production, strengthen its academic relations with Egyptian universities, and enhance cooperation between the two countries in the field of scientific research. It also seeks to present the latest scientific research and projects that contribute to enhancing academic culture and exchanging ideas among specialists.
During its participation, the university presented a distinguished group of the most prominent and latest scientific publications, including university theses and research projects, in addition to specialized scientific journals such as (The International Journal of Humanities) and (Journal of Educational and Psychological Sciences). During its participation, the university reviewed 450 scientific theses and research projects from which 9,318 visitors benefited. 11,254 visitors also visited scientific journals throughout the days of the exhibition, which reflects the university’s keenness to support knowledge and enhance scientific communication.
The university pavilion received a large turnout from those interested in the fields of culture and scientific research, in addition to the visit of a number of officials and delegations, such as the delegation of the Sultanate of Oman pavilion, the guest of honor of the exhibition, and a number of students from Egyptian universities such as Cairo University, Helwan University, Suez University, Alexandria University, and others.
