The Department of Teaching Assistants and Lecturers at the University Vice Presidency for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research is concerned with organizing and following up on the affairs of young academic cadres from the nomination and appointment stage, through qualification and development plans, and up to the pre-scholarship stages. The administration seeks to empower teaching assistants, lecturers, and language teachers through an integrated institutional work environment, focusing on facilitating procedures and providing support and guidance, in a way that ensures the quality of their academic and research performance, enhances their contribution to community service, and raises the university’s status locally and globally, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
