About the administration

​Work was done to establish the Investment Department, which is affiliated with the University Vice Deanship, based on the university’s keenness to examine the best ways through which to optimally exploit the university’s spaces and places and rehabilitate them to attract promising investment opportunities that benefit the university’s own revenues.
 

Investment management tasks and responsibilities:

• Inventorying, identifying and developing places suitable for investment
• Follow up on revenue collection and address obstacles that affect collection.
• Participation in some committees, such as the appreciation and investment committees.
• Save the data of the invested sites in a special archive that contains contract and collection data.
• Study and analyze offers.
• Developing a mechanism that contributes to diversifying the university’s sources of income.
• Preparing terms and specifications for investment of university facilities.
• Follow up and implement the decisions of the Investment Committee.
