The scope of work of the Vision Realization Office is to provide a set of main services, namely empowerment, planning, implementation, and follow-up.

The following are the most prominent tasks, competencies, roles and responsibilities assigned to the Vision Realization Office:

· Continuous supervision and follow-up of the progress of implementing initiatives that achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s vision, and measuring their progress.

· Providing support and assistance to all administrative units and agencies associated with the university.

· Representing the university in meetings related to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030

· Acting as a liaison and communication link between the university, supporting bodies, and relevant parties.

· Receiving internal initiatives and proposals and supporting them in a way that contributes to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

· Supervising and following up on the university’s implementation regarding the Kingdom’s vision and achieving its goals and strategy.

· Enhancing and consolidating the mental image of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and highlighting the university’s role in achieving it.

· Preparing and submitting periodic and specialized reports on the performance and commitment of the various university units to implementing the university’s initiatives related to the vision.
