Director of the University President's Office:
He is linked to the President of the University, and his mission is to supervise the executive office of the University President and the associated administrative units, and to facilitate all procedures that help complete the work and achieve the goals assigned to the office. Its tasks are:
- Executive supervision of the office’s work and all its administrative and technical units.
- Following up on receiving all transactions received by the office, organizing them, and directing them to be presented to His Excellency the President of the University.
- Sorting and reviewing transactions after they leave the university president, ensuring that the university president is informed of them, and providing guidance and follow-up until they are referred to the concerned authority.
- Distributing work to employees of related units according to their specializations.
- Follow up the work of the units associated with it and ensure the quality and smooth progress of the work.
- Developing the capabilities of workers in related units, by nominating them for training courses.
- Approval of the performance charter for the employees of the office and its associated units.
- Carrying out any tasks assigned by His Excellency the President of the University.
Subsidiary departments and units:
1- Secretarial
- Follow up and manage all university work related to the University President, according to the directives of the Director of the University President’s Office.
- Following up on the university president’s directives regarding the university’s work, ensuring the continuation of work, and submitting that work to the authorities for guidance regarding it.
- Preparing and following up on the agenda of all transactions, ensuring the discipline of its work, and monitoring deficiencies in its performance to address them.
- Communicate and deal directly with all parties in accordance with the directives of the Director of the University President’s Office.
- Save and maintain all files related to office work, and display them when directed.
- Editing and printing letters and correspondence related to all the work of the University President’s Office.
- Receiving and directing mail and all incoming correspondence related to office work.
- Receiving, directing and sending office emails.
- Carrying out coordination tasks with entities inside and outside the university, each within its scope.
- Carrying out any tasks assigned to the unit’s employees.
2- The secret office
- Receiving and following up on incoming and outgoing confidential work from the University President to the university units.
- Carrying out any tasks assigned to the unit’s employees.
- Review all administrative decisions and verify their effective date.
- Follow up on the costs of agencies, deanships, departments and support services.
- Completing appointment and contracting procedures by conducting the necessary security surveys for appointment and promotions.
3- Administrative communications
- Receiving, importing, exporting, recording and archiving incoming and outgoing transactions for use in follow-up and documentation.
4- Committees and councils
- Follow up on the transactions of the university’s various committees and councils (incoming and outgoing).
- Follow up on the permanent and temporary committees, verify their effective date, and renew them if necessary.
- Carrying out any tasks assigned to the unit’s employees.
5- Follow-up
- Follow up on transactions related to a specific date in order to respond to them, whether internal or external transactions, and ensure the completion of the process of responding to them, and prepare periodic follow-up reports on the activities and achievements of units at the university, and observations and recommendations related to developing their work, and submitting them to the university president.

6- Editing and copying
- Receiving the paper, electronic, and fax receipts of the University President, preparing them for the University President’s information, preparing referrals, writing the necessary letters, checking all letters issued by the University President, and taking care of all administrative and financial affairs of the University President’s Office.
- Carrying out any tasks assigned to the unit’s employees.
7- Public relations
Meeting with the audience coming to the University President’s Office, including parents, students, and auditors, and taking all necessary measures in this regard, including communicating with the relevant authorities as requested by each reviewer, and completing filling out the data in preparation for presenting it to His Excellency the University President and providing guidance as they deem appropriate.
