The University of Hafr Al-Batin celebrates the graduation of the twelfth batch for the academic year 1447 AH
Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prince of the Eastern Province, and in the presence of His Highness Prince Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah bin Faisal, Governor of Hafr Al-Batin, this Wednesday evening, the graduation ceremony of the twelfth batch of male and female students at the University of Hafr Al-Batin for the academic year 1447 AH, numbering (5520) male and female graduates, took place at the university’s headquarters.
His Excellency the President of the University, Professor Dr. Khalid bin Bani Al-Harbi, appreciated the patronage of His Highness the Emir of the Eastern Province for the ceremony, stressing that this generous sponsorship embodies the continuous support given by the wise leadership - may God support it - to the process of university education, which contributes to enhancing national development and achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
His Excellency also expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Governor of Hafr Al-Batin for his presence and honoring the ceremony and for sharing the joy of graduation with the graduates and their families, noting that this reflects His Highness’s interest and continuous support for the people of the governorate and his keenness to support the process of education and development.
He explained that the university’s graduates, male and female, represent national competencies qualified to contribute to the process of construction and development, and carry the message of science and knowledge to serve the nation in various fields, wishing them success in their future practical and scientific journey.
He pointed out that the university continues to develop its academic system and educational programs, by expanding academic accreditations and enhancing the quality of educational outcomes, in addition to supporting innovation and enabling students to compete in local and international forums.
The ceremony included the royal anthem, the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by the graduates’ march and the announcement of the results, in addition to the graduates’ speech in which they expressed their thanks and gratitude to the wise leadership - may God support it - and to the university, its employees and their parents, stressing their pride in the education and knowledge they have received during their academic career, and their determination to contribute to serving the nation and supporting its development process.
The ceremony included the presentation of an operetta entitled “The Joy of a Graduate,” and a visual presentation entitled “Achievements and Successes,” which reviewed the most prominent qualitative achievements achieved by the university during the academic year 1447 AH at the national and international levels.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, memorial photos were taken for the graduates in a festive atmosphere that reflected the joy of achievement and crowned the years of academic achievement, marking the beginning of a new phase of giving and contribution to serving the nation.
