The journal publishes original, previously unpublished research, provided that the research has not been published, presented, or under review in any other journal or conference during the period of its evaluation in the journal.
The magazine is concerned with publishing original research and studies in the fields of educational and psychological sciences, and related topics in the fields of education, psychological counselling, measurement and evaluation, curricula and teaching methods, educational techniques, early childhood, people with special needs, giftedness and creativity, and related behavioral sciences.
The journal accepts research in both languages Arabic and English.
The research must be characterized by scientific seriousness and innovation, and add value to the educational and psychological sciences.
All research is subject to a scientific peer-review process Double and secret (Double-Blind Peer Review) by reviewers specialized in the specific areas of publication in the journal.
The researcher is committed to the ethical controls of scientific publishing (honesty, documenting sources, avoiding plagiarism).
The magazine reserves the right to make linguistic or formal modifications without consulting the researcher.

Paper format: A4 size, with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.

A summary in Arabic and English (150-250 words for each summary), written in precise scientific language, including the background, objectives, methodology, most prominent results, and most important conclusions.

Main body:
Introduction: The importance of the topic, the research objectives, the research problem, a brief review of the most important previous studies related to the research problem to confirm its originality, and the formulation of hypotheses or research questions.
Methodology and procedures: The method used, sample, tools, and implementation steps.
Results: Present the results in an organized manner using tables and graphs if necessary.
Discussion: Interpreting the results, comparing them to previous studies, and extracting scientific implications.
Recommendations and proposals: What solutions or prospects for future research the research offers.
References: According to APA style - 7th edition.
Appendices (if any): Research tools, questionnaires, images, or additional tables.
The journal adopts the American Psychological Association (APA), 7th edition style in all research, and is committed to writing all foreign references in Roman script, avoiding literal translation of the names of authors or journals.

The research undergoes an initial review stage to ensure that it adheres to the conditions of publication and the general format.
The research is sent to specialized reviewers (Double-Blind Review).
The researcher is committed to making the required amendments within the specified period.
If the research is rejected by two different arbitrators, it is considered final rejected, and if there is a fundamental discrepancy between the two arbitrators’ reports (acceptance/rejection), the research is referred to a third arbitrator for adjudication, and the arbitration decisions are considered final and binding, and the rejected research is not returned.
The magazine reserves the publishing and distribution rights (paper and electronic). The researcher may not republish the research published in the magazine, in whole or in part, by any means, except after obtaining prior written approval from the magazine’s administration, while committing to mention the original source when republishing. An exception to this is the scientific citation or quote that is permitted according to academic norms. Researchers are also granted the right to non-exclusive use of their work for academic and educational purposes, provided that the original publication in the journal is documented.
All articles are published on the university’s website in a free electronic format (Open Access).
All papers are subject to Turnitin similarity detection software or equivalent.
Research with a similarity rate exceeding 20% will be rejected (excluding references and documented direct quotations), and the journal adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards intellectual theft.
The researcher must declare any funding or conflicts of interest.

1. After completing the initial examination of the research and ensuring that it meets the general conditions for publication, the researcher will be notified of the stage of paying the publication fees.
2. The value of the publication fee is (1000 Saudi riyals), which the researcher pays via bank transfer to the university’s alternative accounts designated for this purpose, with the need to keep the bank transfer receipt.
3. The researcher provides the magazine with the transfer number and a copy of the bank transaction receipt via email to the magazinejeps@uhb.edu.sa
4. The process of verifying that the amount has reached the account takes a period ranging between three to four working days.
5. After confirming the payment process, the research is sent to the arbitrators to complete the scientific arbitration procedures.
6. If the research is finally accepted, an official publication statement will be issued and sent to the researcher in preparation for including the research in the next issue of the journal.
Important note: Publication fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are allocated to cover administrative and editorial procedures, including:
- Scientific arbitration costs.
- Initial examination and audit procedures.
- Office and administrative work related to pursuing research.
