The University of Hafr Al Batin signed today a joint cooperation agreement with Prince Sultan Defense Studies and Research Center, during a visit by a university delegation headed by His Excellency the University President, Prof. Dr. Khalid bin Bani Al-Harbi, to the center’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the university by the Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Badr Al-Shaari, while the center was represented by the Assistant Director General for Scientific and Technical Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kanhal.
His Excellency the University President, Prof. Dr. Khalid bin Bani Al-Harbi, stated that the agreement reflects the university’s commitment to strengthening its partnerships with specialized national centers. He emphasized that cooperation with Prince Sultan Defense Studies and Research Center will contribute to enriching the research process and enhancing the level of innovation in support of national development.
For his part, the Director General of Prince Sultan Defense Studies and Research Center, Dr. Saud bin Mohammed bin Saeed, affirmed that the agreement comes within the framework of the center’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with national universities in a way that contributes to developing research capabilities and innovation in pursuit of national objectives. He also commended the partnership with the University of Hafr Al Batin and the added value it represents to the center’s cooperation efforts.
